“We are only as free as our artist’s voices.” -Rick Rubin, The Creative Act

Sarah Beth (she/her) graduated with a BFA in Acting and a minor in Film from Ohio University, and resides in Tampa Bay. Sarah Beth is a poet, stage and film actor, performance artist, model, yogi, and educator.

A mix of surrealism, heightened language, and the art of the mundane would best describe Sarah Beth’s creative voice. Saho says, “I am interested in the human experience and how miraculous our everyday lives are. Investigating, sharing, and celebrating life is crucial to our society and how we can grow together, despite our differences.” Sarah Beth is also a trained Meisner and Shakespeare actor but finds her creative voice across many genres and medias.

Growing up a dancer, Sarah Beth has always been a mover but found a sense of purpose in yoga in 2022. She highly values, mindfulness, body-mind connectivity, and self-compassion. She is currently working on her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, with the intention of becoming RYT certified by the end of 2025.

Other areas of interest: Farming, embroidery, pole dance, local art and music, talking to strangers, and any outdoor activity

I share myself

Openly, honestly, fully

I show myself

Raw, bare, vulnerably

I love myself

Whole-heartedly, unconditionally

I express myself

No bullshit or ribbons authentically

And you fucking love it
